HOME/BUILDING
REPAIRS

Life of the Village Foundation is very hands-on with our help.  We have vision to improve the community by cleaning it up, repairing houses and other buildings, and giving everything a fresh face-lift with new paint.  Our goal is to encourage the community to take pride in keeping their place up-kept and clean.  We also want to encourage the village people to follow our example by helping the less fortunate maintain their places as well.

PAINTING

Giving elderly people's homes a fresh coat of paint can make it feel like they received a new lease on life.  Life of the Village Foundation is aiming to work with the whole community to encourage everyone to find pride in keeping their places nice.

MAINTAINING ELECTRICITY

In the villages there are families who have been used to living without electricity.  When they do get it, they often don't know what to do when they need repairs.  We've serviced several homes where the lights or electrical outlets stopped working.

CRUMBLING METAL DOORS &  WINDOWS...

When walking, we came across a dear, elderly lady whose doors and windows were crumbling.  It became extremely serious for her after someone broke in during the night and held a knife to her throat.  After hearing that, we hired a welder to make all new doors and windows.

NEW METAL DOORS & WINDOWS!

The lady and her invalid son are now secure in their home with the newly built and installed metal doors and windows.  They allow a fresh breeze to cool the house, while at the same time keeping thieves from breaking in.  It gives them both peace of mind and a much better sleep!

ORPHANAGE BUILDING FRESH LOOK!

After many years of Bethel Orphanage not having a fresh coat of paint, they are very happy with the change!  Pastor Victor of the village has been diligently painting building after building.  The eldest orphan mentioned that no one else had been so faithful coming again and again to finish the whole project!
