REHAB FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Life of the Village Foundation is helping people in the community get off the streets and into rehabilitation facilities. We have a heart to see people overcome alcohol and drug addiction, and stay in contact with various rehab centers to see how the people are doing, plus we send money to help with treatments.
HELPING REHAB CENTERS
Wherever Life of the Village Foundation members go...we are always ready to give and help. We met up with people from Cristo Vive as they were selling food to raise money for their rehabilitation center. We proudly donated above and beyond the food we bought from them. They were amazed that we did that.
OLD LIFE TO NEW LIFE
Our vision with Life of the Village Foundation is to help addicts or families of addicts get the help they need to start a new life. We work with rehab centers to encourage community service, by taking groups of the best behaved members out to clean up the community and help those in need. We want to foster a pride that they can make a difference in other's lives.
ALCOHOL ADDICTION
Alcoholism is rampant all over the world. In Mexico, Life of the Village Foundation has been a part of seeing families being restored. So often the whole family needs to get a new mindset and way of interacting. Many families have unknowingly enabled their loved-ones. It takes the whole village standing together to see alcoholism defeated.
DRUG ADDICTION
Drug addiction has often been mixed in with the alcohol addiction, creating extreme cases of mental and physical damage. These people need extra care and time for recovery. Life of the Village has been supporting rehabilitation financially and by visits to the village rehab centers. Again, teaching family members how to prepare to receive recuperating loved-ones takes education as well.
